Mischa has drawn on his experience in customer research, product development, journey mapping, channel delivery, operations, technology and analytics to drive disruptive go to market strategies. Mischa currently leads all go to market channels, operations, analytics and insights for Clario, a $1B clinical trial technology company. Mischa was a key member of the brand launch team in 2021 and an architect of an omnichannel approach in marketing that resulted in over $180M referred revenue for the company. Over the course of his career, he has been at the forefront of transformational customer experiences that drive business impact. Beginning in the late 90’s in banking with electronic alerts, first in market mobile banking and shifting to an industry leading 2 field online credit application. By the late 2000’s, Mischa turned his attention to expansion of digital financial offerings across Europe but then expanded globally with a focus on insurance and wealth management products. In 2013, Mischa joined GE Healthcare as Head of Digital Marketing and launched an online experience that combined customer behavior data through intelligent machines, marketing and sales engagement and customer service data. Mischa grew up in a trilingual family and served in the Peace Corps in Mali, West Africa from 1995-97. His love of exploring new cultures has carried through since then with years spent in Paris and London.
